At Cosmic Flow, we offer four core experiences - Yoga + Stargazing + Picnics + Photos - each incredible on its own, and even more unforgettable when combined. For example itineraries, click here.
Our experiences take place at three awe-inspiring outdoor locations - two near Zion National Park and one in Snow Canyon State Park. We are also happy to travel to your Airbnb, wedding venue or event space in Springdale, St. George, Kanab, Orderville or Duck Creek, Utah… and beyond.

Cosmic Flow is a healing practice that combines the disciplines of yoga, meditation and sound healing in the arms of Mother Nature - creating a powerful space to drop out from the hustle and bustle of daily life and to tune in to something much deeper. This beginner-friendly practice is a moving meditation, beginning and ending with a crystal alchemy sound bath, that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, inspired and more connected to your heart and to Mother Earth. Cosmic Flow is truly about so much more than stretching your body... It’s about stretching your heart, mind and soul as well. Surrounded by the cliffs of Zion, beneath the sun or moon and stars, your Cosmic Flow session will be a transformational piece of your journey that you'll always remember.
Whether you’re starting your morning with a sunrise session or unwinding at sunset, Cosmic Flow offers a unique and magical experience that’s hard to find anywhere else. Far from your average yoga class, this is a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Our most popular experience is Sunset Yoga + Stargazing - a seamless transition from golden hour into the night sky. You’ll move through a grounding meditation and yoga flow as the sun sets on the cliffs and then settle in to explore Zion’s internationally certified dark sky. Complete with hot chocolate and astrophotography portraits of your group! This experience is the most magical way to spend an evening in Zion.

PRivate Stargazing Tours
Zion National Park is a Certified International Dark Sky Park - making it one of the best places in the world for stargazing.
Our private guided stargazing experiences go beyond just “looking up.” You’ll learn to identify constellations, hear the stories behind them and view deep-sky objects through our professional Celestron 8” Dobsonian telescope and Seestar digital telescopes. It’s immersive, peaceful and often one of the most memorable parts of a trip.
Stargazing is a highly sought after experience under the dark skies of Zion, but what sets our stargazing offering apart is that every tour is completely private - reserved just for your group. We also provide delicious hot chocolate to keep you cozy and capture stunning astrophotography portraits of your group beneath the stars.

"We did the yoga and stargazing experience outside Zion with our family (me, my husband, and our two daughters), and it was such a fun, relaxing evening! Started with easy sunset yoga amid those stunning red cliffs - the instructor made it super chill and kid-friendly, and the kids actually joined in with smiles and giggles. The sound bath part was the absolute highlight - those chimes and bowls echoing off the rocks were incredible and so soothing. The whole family just zoned out and loved it; even the kids stayed calm and peaceful. After dark, we got comfy on blankets and loungers for stargazing. The guide pointed out cool constellations and planets. The sky was clear and full of stars - beautiful views through the telescopes. Adventure Photoshoots
As a team of life-long photographers, we offer professional photoshoots for families, couples, groups and individuals who want to capture their time in Zion National Park, Springdale and St. George in a real and meaningful way.
These sessions take place at carefully chosen locations throughout Southern Utah, giving you the opportunity to explore beyond the typical viewpoints while documenting your experience with natural, high-quality imagery.
Your photoshoot can take place right before your yoga or stargazing experience, or at a different location on a different day/time - giving you the opportunity to explore more of Southern Utah’s magical landscape.
One thing that makes our photoshoots unique is that you’re not hiring just one photographer - you’re hiring a team.
Together, we (Tyler and Jae - the photographers behind Cosmic Adventure Co.) bring decades of combined photography experience and different strengths behind the camera, allowing us to capture your story from multiple perspectives, all while creating a relaxed, natural experience from start to finish.
Tyler’s deep knowledge of Zion’s landscapes, light and hidden locations pairs perfectly with Jaechon’s eye for authentic moments and creating experiences that feel effortless and fun. Together, we blend adventure, beauty and technical expertise to make sure no moment goes unnoticed.
